Lost in day-dreaming I failed to notice when I reached my only bungalow in this urban part of Chennai. My life with my mistress Ai-Chen was blissful and I was planning to elope with her leaving my wife and two sons behind. Ai-Chen was the best designer of space machines and my wife Shimmer made realistic robots. Because of her it was difficult to recognize difference between a humanoid robot and a human. My son was the best example of her expertise. He had married Magna a humanoid robot. Nobody knew that she was a robot until last year March, 2100, when the government passed a law that reproduction will happen strictly between human couples. Only surrogates can be humanoid robots who have been citizens of India since a decade to rule out possibility of child stealing or ownership. This law was important to control the already stagnant population who were suffering due to pollution, extreme drought, water crisis, slavery, food-shortage, geographic-tensions and extinction of wildlife.
