Synopsis

An MM College Sports Romance

First love can change your life. But can love survive the things that threaten to destroy it?

Adrian Cole has always been the responsible one. Loyal, steady, and willing to give everything for the person he loves, he believes that loving someone means standing by them—even when staying begins to hurt.

Then there's Ethan Blake.

Haunted by grief and struggling with addiction, Ethan is complicated, broken, and capable of causing the deepest pain to the person who cares about him most. He can make Adrian feel like he's the only person in the world who matters, only to leave him questioning everything he thought he knew about love.

For Adrian, this is his first love. His first everything. And letting go of Ethan feels almost impossible.

As their relationship spirals into a painful cycle of affection, betrayal, heartbreak, and forgiveness, Adrian finds himself losing pieces of who he is in his desperate attempt to save the person he loves. But love alone cannot heal every wound, and devotion cannot make someone ready to change.

When grief and addiction threaten to take everything away, Adrian must face an impossible question: is love worth fighting for when it begins to break you?

Raw, emotional, and painfully human, Always, Us explores the complicated bond between two people who love each other but struggle beneath the weight of their own pain. It's a story about first love, codependency, addiction, loss, and the difficult line between forgiveness and self-sacrifice.

Because sometimes, the hardest part isn't falling in love.

It's deciding what you're willing to lose to hold on.

Always, Us
