When honour meets love, sparks ignite, just in time for Christmas.

Colonel Nicholas Montgomery made a dying promise on a Spanish battlefield: protect Lieutenant Somerville’s family at any cost. Arriving in England to deliver devastating news, he expects grief and hardship. He does not expect Catherine Somerville, fiercely capable, fiercely protective, and determined to keep her younger siblings and family home intact without anyone’s help.

With scandal and financial ruin closing in, Catherine has little choice when Nick offers a marriage of convenience. It will secure her family’s future and fulfil his promise to a fallen friend. Their arrangement is practical. Their attraction is anything but.

As Christmas approaches, mischievous siblings, meddling relatives, and the memories Nick carried home from war put their fragile agreement to the test. Beneath candlelight and Christmas greenery, Catherine and Nick must decide whether duty is enough, or whether they are brave enough to claim the unexpected love growing between them.

An Offer from the Colonel is a warm, witty Regency Christmas romance featuring a wounded war hero, an independent heroine, a marriage of convenience, sparkling banter, and a guaranteed happily-ever-after.
