This is more than a legal treatise and explores key seminal events, as casus belli doctrine in Syria. Finally the final part of the book presents Iran, Arabia and African laws and diplomacy which hinge on the exploration of oil and gas through this vast arena, and where principles of laws, norms and philosophy come to the fore and from which no derogation is permitted as corporate, company, national laws, legislation and humanitarian laws. Iran is forced to engage with these as is Africa before her, then Arabia and now the Iranian nation one of the richest with gas reserves in the world.
