She inherited a third of a haunted vineyard. He has been in the portraits since the Renaissance.

Wine archivist Rosa Bianchi to sell her share of Villa and go home to London. The estate's Statute of the Cellar, written in 1492 and chained to a lectern, has other plans. Harvest the old vines only at night. Carry the first pressing to the church steps at midnight. No mirrors in the cellar. No one enters the painted room beneath the terraces alone. And the Bargain that keeps the village safe is renewed every hundred years — freely, or not at all.

It is a centenary year. Clara is the Keyholder. And the Bargain's other signature belongs to Raffaele: cellar master, estate Patron, and the same dark-eyed man in every portrait since 1580. A vampire old enough to have an Etruscan name, bound for two and a half thousand years to stand between San Vito and the thing sleeping under its vines — the thing that makes the wine extraordinary, and drinks disaster when it is offered, and has just begun to knock.

A consortium wants the tomb for a hotel car park. A dying collector wants what is in Raffaele veins. The harvest ends at the last night of the moon.

Enemies to lovers. Forced proximity. He falls first — centuries first. A blood bond offered, never taken. A heroine who reads the terms twice.

Bound to the Vampire of Villa is a spicy gothic vampire horror romance for adults: open-door and fully consensual, with a guaranteed happily-ever-after for the couple and a hill that stays hungry for the series. Book One of Blood & Vines. Each book is a standalone love story threaded through one old Italian Bargain.
