The Heartestry Project is more than a memoir—it’s a love letter to resilience, a testament to hope, and an invitation to experience life through a lens of wonder.

When Multiple Sclerosis upended Kimberly Bridges life, she faced an uncertain future, a body that no longer cooperated, and a heart weighed down by loss.

Then, one ordinary day, something extraordinary happened.

Standing at her mirror, she noticed a tiny, imperfect heart nestled in a pan of eyeshadow. Barely noticeable, yet impossible to ignore.

That heart became the first thread in a remarkable tapestry of love, loss, humor, wisdom, and unexpected discovery.

What began as a curious scavenger hunt for hearts in unlikely places became something far more profound. Appearing often when she needed them most, the hearts became messengers, teachers, and tender reminders that love was revealing itself in ways she had never imagined.

Through intimate storytelling, astonishing synchronicities, and reflections on illness, grief, healing, and awakening, Kimberly explores the possibility that beauty, meaning, connection, and something sacred surround us—even when life seems to be unraveling.

Along the way, she discovers that love is not simply something we receive. It moves through us, connects us, and endures through illness, grief, and even death.

The Heartestry Project is more than a story of overcoming adversity. It is an invitation to an awakening of your own—to experience love more profoundly, discover beauty and meaning even in life's most heartbreaking moments, and recognize that the very things that threaten to break our hearts may also open them to something extraordinary.

Love is always speaking. Are you ready to listen?
