She looked up yoga in the yellow pages and stepped into a lifelong practice. After 15 years as a student, she agreed to teach a couple of friends what she knew about yoga. Ten years later, she became a certified yoga therapist, using the tools of yoga to help people stay healthy and manage the symptoms that come with health conditions. She has worked in hospital settings, physician practices, yoga studios, community settings, and in private with individuals. She is a certified Viniyoga Therapist AVI and has a Masters Degree in Adult Education from Rutgers University. In addition to practicing yoga, Julie loves hiking, gardening, twirling the baton, reading, and correcting other peoples grammar, which she is working on overcoming, especially after writing this book and realizing she may not have all the right answers after all.</p>...7121658Hello, Nausea.
