WilsonInStock/Ebooks/<p>The classical musical <em>It Happened at the Worlds Fair</em> (1963) is a comedy film directed by Norman Taurog and starring the King of Rock n Roll himself, Elvis Presley. Probably the most memorable scene from this movie involved Presleys character bribing a kid to kick him in the shins. That hired foot belonged to a young Kurt Russell; uncredited at the time. Russell was only eleven years old when he made his movie debut as an actor in <em>It Happened at the Worlds Fair</em> that was filmed in Seattle, Washington in September 1962. Although <em>It Happened at the Worlds Fair</em> was the only movie in which Presley and Russell appeared together, Elvis made a lasting impression on the youngster. Kurt Russell went on to play The King in John Carpenters critically acclaimed 1979 biopic movie titled <em>Elvis.</em> In 1994, Russell voiced Elvis in <em>Forrest Gump.</em> The 2001 film <em>3000 Miles to Graceland</em> really brought Kurt Russells connection to Elvis Presley full circle. The movie stars Kurt Russell and Kevin Costner, who rob a casino during an Elvis convention in Las Vegas.
