The challenge with any journey, especially this journey we call life, is that it doesn't come with a map or any sort of instruction manual.

You usually have three choices.

You can just bumble through life with your fingers crossed, leaving your results to the gods, to the government, your family and your peers, and hope for the best

or

You can charge ahead, make all the mistakes, spend years searching for the answers, filter through all of the information (and there is a lot) to work out what to follow, and experiment with all of it, until you get the answers that hopefully will work to get your results.

or

You can grab this book, invest a small amount of time reading it to get an overview of the information where someone else has researched, and thought about, while making all the mistakes and only then figured out a path to get the results. This saves you a lot of time, effort, emotions and money instead.

In this deceptively simple book you will find fifteen chapters that each describe a book that is dedicated to a different aspect or domain of life. It not only describes the books, it has an exercise that you can complete to give you an idea of where you currently are, because you can't move forward unless you know where you currently are.

If you got motivated about getting your life back on track, you could read this in an evening or two.

It's your life. No-one is coming to save you, nor get your results. It's up to you. What do you choose, 1, 2, or 3?
