These three articles offer hands-on dharma teachings for a strong practice from Anam Thubten; esoteric subtleties of nondual practice by Yogi Lam FuHo; and a history of our Western (mis)understanding of Buddhisms focus on meditation, by Shingon Minister, Rev. Kosho Finch, traced through East Asian Buddhist cultures encounters with colonial interference. The evolution of Mindfulness to its current diverse applications, by Michelle and Joel Levey, brings into focus this particular theme, stated or implied, which runs through many of this issues articles. Mindfulness from the Vedantic perspective, related to "overcoming sleepwalking," by Swami Sunirmalananda, completes the focus on Mindfulness.</p><p>A unique and deeply thought-provoking article is offered by Rabbi Rami Shapiro presenting treasured, nondual Hasidic teachings on the comprehensive spiritual view of <em>Shlemut</em>, Gods Completeness, meditation, <em>Tikkun, and</em> more, through engaging letters from an Old World rebbe, delivered with wisdom and humor.
