BOOK SYNOPSIS

What happens after death is the most urgent question any person will ever face. Jesus Christ—who came from heaven and returned to heaven—spoke with absolute authority about the afterlife. He taught that every human being continues to exist after death, that there are only two eternal destinations, and that faith in Him alone determines where we go.

This book explores Christ's teachings on heaven, hell, judgment, repentance, and eternal life with clarity and conviction. It shows that believers enter the presence of the Lord at death, awaiting the resurrection of a glorified body, while unbelievers enter a realm of conscious torment until the final judgment. There is no purgatory, no second chance, and no neutral path. Eternity is fixed at death.

The message of repentance runs through Scripture and this book. Repentance is not merely avoiding immediate consequences—it is turning toward God in faith to secure eternal life. Jesus declares that 'whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life' (John 3:16), and heaven rejoices over every sinner who repents (Luke 15:7). Repentance is urgent, transformative, and essential for entering the narrow road that leads to life.

With biblical insight, this book confronts cultural myths, emotional comfort, and sentimental ideas often spoken at funerals. It returns every question about eternity to the authority of God's Word and calls readers to live with an eternal perspective—choosing the path that leads to life in Christ.

Heaven and hell are real. Death is not the end. And Jesus Christ alone is the way to life beyond the grave.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR

As a born-again, Bible-believing Christian, I receive Scripture as the final authority for faith and life. Culture, tradition, personal feeling, public opinion, and scholarly interpretation must all be tested against the Word of God. Teachers and scholars can help us understand context, but they do not create Scripture's authority. God's Word is true because He has spoken, enduring because He is faithful, and sufficient to make His people wise for salvation and equipped for every good work.
