As the new archivist in residence at Winthorpe University, she spends her days immersed in the mysterious documents recovered from the Temperance Island Lighthouse ruins. With no friends but her rotund pug, Bagel, and campus Head Porter Deivi Fuentes, Tommie wonders if she’s made a grand mistake—especially once she discovers her imperious boss murdered and Deivi wrongfully accused for the crime. Tommie arms herself with all the tools she can borrow from the campus library to clear his name.
