A short paranormal mystery

A dead leprechaun. A baffling murder. And one final trick that could cost Cassia everything…

Cassia Winter has recently discovered that she is a witch. Hidden beyond a door in her gran's cellar lies Brimstone, a magical town inhabited by witches, fairies, shapeshifters and other supernatural creatures.

As a justice witch, Cassia helps Gran investigate crimes in this secret world, usually with her loyal talking cat and familiar, Stanley, beside her.

One day, a ghostly leprechaun arrives at the cellar door claiming he has been murdered.

His name is Breccan McCoy, and he has spent his life tormenting Brimstone's residents with cruel tricks, so there is no shortage of creatures who might have wanted him dead.

Cassia and Gran investigate his murder. They soon uncover suspects who had motive and opportunity to kill Breccan, but which one committed the crime?

But the troublesome leprechaun is hiding something. He may be dead, but he still has enough magic left to play one last trick, and Gran is directly in his path.

Can Cassia unravel the mystery before she loses Gran forever?

The Leprechaun's Last Trick is a light-hearted Brimstone Witch Mysteries short story filled with magic, humour and quirky supernatural creatures.
