The Primary Source Bible is a complete English translation of the Hebrew Bible (Hebrew and Aramaic, from the Leningrad Codex) and the New Testament (Greek, from the SBL Greek New Testament), written in plain modern English for general readers.

One rule governs it: no tradition, institution or doctrine decides the wording. Every verse is translated from the source language. Where the source allows more than one reading, the notes give the alternatives. More than 5,500 notes show what the source requires and what is a translator's choice (marked with a diamond), and they record the traditional wording, textual variants and what a word can mean. This edition claims a method, not neutrality, and the method is stated so you can check it.

What you will find: • The divine Name written as the Hebrew has it, YHWH, instead of a title. • Plain words where the source allows: 'set-apart' for holy, 'immerse' for baptize, 'assembly' for church, 'emissary' for apostle, 'binding agreement' for covenant, 'look' for behold. • The Old Testament in the order of the Tanakh: Torah, Prophets, Writings. • The words of Yeshua in red (dark gray in black-and-white print), and New Testament quotations of the Tanakh in bold. • Notes on manuscript differences and verses that later copyists added. Nothing is silently harmonized. • An introduction to each book, a preface on method, a glossary, maps and diagrams, and a table showing where English and Hebrew verse numbers differ.

How it was made: this translation was produced with artificial intelligence, working directly from the original-language texts and deliberately without a committee. People set the rules, chose between defensible renderings, and read and approved the results round after round, checked verse by verse against the source. The book states plainly what has and has not been checked. It has not been reviewed by an independent panel of biblical-language specialists. Corrections are welcome and are published in an errata list.
