You're Already Shifting is a field guide to Reality Transurfing, the model by Russian physicist Vadim Zeland that treats reality as an infinite archive of possible lives, where the only real skill is learning to choose.

Bootsy Greenwood found Transurfing in 2016, when he was lost: a bartender with no map and a compulsion to self-destruct. Two years later he was a producer on a Netflix movie. Since then he has started three businesses, bootstrapped a national comedy festival, and taught these principles to the community that made his Reality Transurfing summary an Amazon bestseller.

Most Transurfing books summarize Zeland. This one lives him. Ten years of practice, the woo stripped off, in plain language, with the bar rags still on it.

Twelve chapters. Every chapter runs the same play: one principle, one true story, and one exercise you test in the real world over three days.

No beliefs required. This book never asks you to take its word for anything. It asks you to test it, because the test is where the thing stops being the author's and starts being yours.

One warning: don't let this become another book you read and shelve. Run the exercises. They're the real book.

You can have anything you want. You just have to learn to choose.
