Diseases that attack the respiratory system of human beings have become the cause of being in the forefront as causing high mortality, especially because when they are detected they have already caused irreversible irreparable damage such as Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Chronic called COPD; In this case, the patient and their relatives must be able to give it adequate management so that the effects of this disease on the body can be reduced as much as possible.

Being a tobacco and cannabis smoker are factors that contribute to the development of the disease.

Essential oils contribute to improving the quality of life of patients.

These diseases incapacitate the individual to lead a normal life, sometimes the patient must isolate himself from society, which leads to an emotional deterioration that can be the cause of a strong depression, in addition, social friction exposes the patient to environmental factors that exacerbate the disease as is the case of environmental pollution by harmful organic fuel gases , such as smoke expelled by the combustion of automobile or factory engines. In modern society it is very difficult to find environments free from polluting threats, even in the same home there are fumes generated when cooking food or by a member of the family who is a smoker, also, the dust generated in housework or that which brings the wind is a cause of diseases of the respiratory system.

Among the different respiratory diseases that afflict humans, there are three of which it can be said that they are in the first line, since they are diseases of the respiratory system that occur with unusual frequency and that carry high social and economic costs, but they are not it may be unaware of the prevalence of others, even much more serious, but whose evolution over time is significantly slow.

This work will focus on the causes, symptoms, prevention, and treatment of influenza, asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD); in order to publicize different aspects of each of them, considering the importance of patients understanding the evolution of the disease, its different symptoms and the proper treatment of them.

Since the dawn of humanity, humans have been forced to live with innumerable viruses that cause different affections to the respiratory system, practically annually there are different mutations of them (viruses), which makes their control very difficult. Stationary influenza is a reality, that is, one that develops at certain times of the year and despite the fact that science has learned to fight certain specific groups of the population through vaccination, but with the aggravation of that year after year a different taste must be produced, according to the evolution or resistance of the virus.

In the case of asthma, an ailment that develops due to genetic and environmental circumstances, where a very high percentage of the population is exposed to suffering from it, since basically it is an allergic reaction that reacts by inflaming the airways and causing difficulties in breathe.

On the other hand, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD, which has its origin in environmental issues and social practices, is one of the respiratory diseases that causes the most deaths in the entire world; since it is a progressive disease and for which a cure has not been found. The health systems of different nations have to incur enormous costs to treat patients with COPD, a disease that in many cases makes people a burden to the state. Humanity is taking time to make adequate decisions regarding certain social activities that lead to the development of this serious disease. Science has proven ad nauseam that smoking is the main cause of it, but has not taken action on the matter by radically prohibiting the use of tobacco, it seems that the taxes generated by this vice are the cause of for governments to be benevolent towards multinational tobacco companies.

Finally, as a patient that I have been for more than a decade of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease or COPD, I want to share with the readers of this work, my experiences for the proper management of it, both from the point of view of traditional medicine, as from the homeopathic perspective, considering the importance of being able to cope with these conditions and thus have a better quality of life.
